This update is SO MASSIVE, but we will try to explain breifly what's new!

Update Report

This update introduces several new spellbooks, potions, and unique items, along with various mechanics and upgrades that provide new gameplay dynamics. From support and offensive spells to permanent stat-boosting consumables, these additions enhance both combat and exploration. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of what was added, buffed, nerfed, and changed.


New Additions

Spellbooks

  1. Book of Light

    • Effect: Creates a healing aura around the player, granting health regeneration and damage reduction to nearby allies.

    • Obtaining: 15% drop from Evokers in Strongholds. Also obtainable via trade with Librarians in End Villages.

    • Cooldown: 48 seconds.

    • Details: Aura lasts for 17 seconds and provides Regeneration II and Resistance I.

  2. Nature's Wrath

    • Effect: Shoots homing Nature's Spirits or summons Spirit Wolves while sneaking.

    • Obtaining: Librarians in End Villages trade it for 12 Oak Saplings.

    • Cooldown: 1 - 1.2 seconds for Nature's Spirit, 20 seconds for Spirit Wolves.

    • Details: Abilities improve when visiting biomes.

  3. Tome of Jinx

    • Effect: Spawns a moving cloud that applies Jinx, reducing defense of affected entities by 25%.

    • Obtaining: Found in End City treasure chests and End Dungeons.

    • Cooldown: 10 seconds.

  4. Tome of Return

    • Effect: Teleports the player to their spawn point after charging for 10 seconds.

    • Obtaining: Found in End City treasure chests and End Dungeons.

    • Cooldown: 3 minutes.

Items

  1. Prismatic Pearl

    • Effect: Functions like an infinite Ender Pearl with improved speed and distance.

    • Obtaining: 33% drop from the Empress of Light in The End or Overworld during nighttime.

    • Details: Returns to the player after 5 seconds and leaves a rainbow trail.

  2. Shulker Tools

    • Effect: Upgraded Netherite tools that provide Haste I and deal +0.5 additional damage.

    • Obtaining: Crafted by upgrading Netherite tools with 4 Shulker Shells and 1 Enderite Smithing Template at the Altar of the Accursed.

  3. Hematic Pickaxe

    • Effect: Extracts extra loot (flint, bones, coal, etc.) from stone blocks.

    • Obtaining: Upgrade a Netherite Pickaxe with Living Flesh and an Enderite Smithing Template.

  4. Golden Chorus Fruit

    • Effect: Teleports players to a random location within 2500 blocks when consumed.

    • Obtaining: Found in End City treasure chests.

Permanent Buff Consumables

These items provide permanent stat boosts and are obtained by throwing the base item into The Hallowed (Shimmer) water for transmutation.

  1. Cleansing Potato

    • Effect: Permanent Poison immunity.

    • Base Item: Potato.

  2. Endurance Brew

    • Effect: +1 Armor, +0.5 Armor Toughness.

    • Base Item: Rabbit Stew.

  3. Energizing Fruit

    • Effect: +4% movement speed.

    • Base Item: Chorus Fruit.

  4. Fury Berries

    • Effect: +4% melee attack speed.

    • Base Item: Glowberries.

  5. Lucky Carrot

    • Effect: +1 Luck.

    • Base Item: Golden Carrot.

  6. Miracle Fruit

    • Effect: +1 HP/10 seconds passive life regeneration.

    • Base Item: Apple.

  7. Rageroot

    • Effect: +4% attack damage.

    • Base Item: Beetroot.

Custom Potions

Custom potions introduce a variety of buffs and debuffs. Obtained via Stronghold Portal chests or brewed with Dragon’s Breath, they can also be found in Void Fishing crates.

  1. Amarene – Speed II, Regeneration I, Luck I, Weakness I.

  2. Blind Rage – Strength III, Darkness.

  3. Endurance – Resistance I or II.

  4. Entanglement – Slowness V or VI.

  5. Frost Cloud – Immobilizes entities within the cloud.

  6. Hellfire Treader – Speed and Fire Resistance.

  7. Lifeforce – Extra HP.

  8. Poseidon's Nectar – Conduit Power, Absorption I, Dolphin's Grace.

  9. Red Potion – ??? (Unpredictable effects).

  10. Regeneraga – Instant Health II, Regeneration.

  11. Royal Jelly – Absorption and debuff cleansing.

  12. Spelunker – Night Vision and Haste.


Buffs and Nerfs

Buffs

  1. Nature's Wrath:

    • Biome interactions improve its abilities significantly, increasing damage and effects depending on Spirit upgrades.

  2. Shulker Tools:

    • Tools now grant Haste I, improving mining speed and allowing faster attacks by 10%.

  3. Hematic Pickaxe:

    • Extra loot mechanic added for mining stone, making resource gathering more efficient.

Nerfs

  1. Tome of Return:

    • A 10-second charge-up makes it less effective for escaping dangerous situations.

  2. Tome of Jinx:

    • Cloud duration and defense reduction limited to 2 seconds and 25%, respectively, to balance its powerful debuff.
